On Wednesday 16th September, 5.30pm-6.30pm, Dave Verheul of Saison Aperitifs and co-owner of Embla in Melbourne will be joining us at Puffin for a private Masterclass tasting through his range of vermouths and amaros.

Founded by Dave in early 2020, Saison is a seasonal aperitivo company from across the ditch in Melbourne, Australia. Each aperitivo starts with a single ingredient, picked at it’s peak, then layered with hand picked herbs, fruit and flowers from small scale growers and Australian grown wormwood. Like many of the products we have at Puffin, Saison doesn’t take any shortcuts. Everything is harvested by them, prepared by hand and brought together by Dave’s experienced chef’s palate.

So come sit down to sip, taste, listen and talk through the range of Saison Aperitifs with Dave in the parlour at Puffin.
